How To Apply
Indigo is a Program Choice within the Oak Grove School District (OGSD). The enrollment process is slightly different depending on whether you live within or outside the district.
Families Living Within OGSD
Families who live within the Oak Grove School District must complete and submit a Program Choice application. If you do not currently have a student enrolled in OGSD, you may also need to complete initial district registration forms first.
Program Choice applications are available online, at all OGSD school sites, and at the District Office:

Parents are typically notified of their application status by the end of April. Once you have been offered a space in the Indigo Program, you will have 3 business days to confirm enrollment and complete the following steps:
- Register your student with the school office by completing the OGSD Student Registration forms and submitting all required documents.
- Complete and return the Indigo Membership Packet.
Families Living Outside OGSD
Families who live outside the Oak Grove School District must first submit an Inter-District Transfer request through their home school district. Please indicate “Indigo Program” as the requested school.
On the transfer request form, state that you are seeking a hands-on, progressive learning model not offered in your home district. You may also reference or print information from the “About Us” section of this website.
Once you have been notified that your child has been offered a space in the Indigo Program, you will also need to:
- Register your student with the school office by completing the OGSD Student Registration forms and submitting all required documents.
- Complete and return the Indigo Membership Packet.
